Let me tell you, I still remember starting as a young attending pediatric oncology, I was so stinking excited to have finally “arrived” at my destination and thought that at the other end of the training was academic freedom and everything I wanted.
Let me tell you, was I wrong! Everything was the complete opposite of what I imagined. Nothing was the way I had expected it to be.
I was struggling. Not only was I am in constant fear that I was doing my job wrong, but I felt guilty that I was missing out on myself.
After becoming a mom of 2 incredible humans, I realized that NOTHING in medicine was providing physicians and scientists in academia the roadmap to not only be successful leaders, but the roadmap to be able to perform within your abilities.

After reviewing your application, I will invite you to a 45-minute complimentary telephone consultation to discuss your application and growth objectives in more detail. At the end of this consultation, both parties can make informed decisions as to whether to engage or not, and discuss terms, availability, and start dates. Sometimes a referral to a different coach might be desired.
If we both agree to move forward we will schedule a complimentary 60-90 minute intake session where we will discuss coaching engagement, etiquette, confidentiality, your primary focus areas, schedule, and start dates.
