Why I Created Heal the Healers
I’m a physician, leadership coach, speaker, and most importantly—a daughter of God who deeply understands the unique calling and challenges of being a Christian in medicine.
Early in my career, I often felt like I was living in two worlds. I loved Jesus and prayed for my patients, but medicine and faith felt disconnected. I was busy, burned out, and spiritually dry—juggling the demands of academic medicine, leadership, motherhood, and trying to find time with God.
But everything changed when the Holy Spirit began to stir something deeper in me.
Through a series of powerful encounters, God opened my eyes to the authority we carry in Christ, the healing power of prayer, and the Kingdom purpose behind my medical calling. My prayer life was transformed. I went from striving to surrender, from burnout to boldness—and my life, career, and faith were never the same.
Now, I’m passionate about equipping other Christian physicians to experience that same transformation.
I created the Heal the Healers Mentorship because I believe physicians need more than self-care tips or leadership tactics—we need deep restoration, biblical teaching, Holy Spirit-led mentorship, and a supportive community to walk this out together.
