We’re gathering at Dottie’s Ranch, a hidden gem nestled just 30 minutes from downtown Madison in Oregon, Wisconsin. This private, faith-based retreat space will be ours exclusively for the duration, offering a sacred pause from the noise of daily life.
Surrounded by stillness, fields, and wide-open skies, Dottie’s Ranch is the perfect place to breathe, journal, and hear God clearly. With no outside distractions, you’ll have space to be restored in your spirit, soul, and body.
Whether you’re journaling beside a window, walking the peaceful grounds, or lingering in quiet prayer, Dottie’s Ranch offers the perfect environment to listen, reflect, and connect with the Lord.
Note: Overnight lodging is available on-site but is limited. We encourage early registration if you desire to stay at the ranch overnight.

We believe the Lord still heals, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Many physicians carry silent wounds from unprocessed pain, fatigue, and loss. This is a space to receive healing through His presence, prayer, and the gentle ministry of the Holy Spirit.

Be equipped with tools to hear God’s voice, stay spiritually grounded, and remain emotionally whole in medicine. Through prophetic activations, guided journaling, and Spirit-led practice, you’ll grow in confidence to follow His lead—both personally and professionally.

Lodging & Travel
- Closest airport: Dane County Regional (MSN), about 30–35 minutes to Dottie’s Ranch.
- Nearby hotels: Madison options are ~30 minutes; Oregon, WI options are ~15 minutes. No hotel block.
- On-site lodging: Very limited at Dottie’s Ranch — 4 king bedrooms and 1 twin bunk room.
- How to request on-site: After you purchase your ticket, email [email protected]. First come, first served.
- Optional Sunday stay: You may extend through Sunday morning for additional rest.
- If you don’t stay on-site, you’re responsible for your own lodging and transportation.

About Your Host
Inga Hofmann, MD — Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist
Founder of Heal The Healers
For 20 years, I’ve cared for patients and families in pediatric hematology/oncology while carrying a parallel calling to care for the souls of physicians. Encountering the voice of God changed everything for me. His presence healed places I didn’t know were broken, and I watched Him move in ways that defied explanation, including miracles in a patient I interceded for.
I founded Heal The Healers to create a space where Christian physicians can hear God clearly, experience His love personally, and lead their lives and practices from a place of intimacy with Jesus.
I’m trained as a healing prayer minister through Christian Healing Ministries, and I consider it an honor to intercede for physicians through my prayer ministry. I deeply love the Word of God and have grown in friendship with the Holy Spirit—both of which have shaped my desire to equip other physicians to live Spirit-led, whole, and fully aligned with their Kingdom purpose.
I'm currently pursuing prophetic training to better equip and release Christ-centered voices of encouragement, wisdom, and discernment—especially within medicine. Through the Heal the Healers Mentorship Program, I mentor physicians in both spiritual formation and practical leadership. I also serve my local church in Madison, WI, alongside my husband and two boys, through Bible study, prayer, and teaching.
