Application for Professional Coaching

1. Completion and submission of the application form.

2. After review of your application I will invite you to a 30-minute complimentary telephone consultation to discuss your application and growth objectives in more detail. At the end of this consultation, both parties can make informed decisions as to whether to engage or not, discuss terms, availability, and start dates. Sometimes a referral to a different coach might be desired.

3. If we both agree to move forward we will schedule a complimentary 60-90 minute intake session where we will discuss coaching engagement, etiquette, confidentiality, your primary focus areas, schedule, and start dates.

If your application is selected, are you committed to making a mid-high 4-figure investment in yourself and your academic success to achieve your goals? (Payment plans are available and will be discussed during the phone consultation).

*After our intake session we may decide that a weekly schedule would be more beneficial for your specific goals. The coaching schedule can be flexible but generally 1-2 week intervals bring the best results. As a physician and a parent I am very aware of the need for flexible schedules and committed to find times that are suitable for your schedule.
